What the court decidedThe model
Motion to dismiss for lack of standing granted; claims dismissed without prejudice
“Marshalls’ motion is therefore granted as unopposed. ... All claims asserted against Defendant Marshalls of MA, Inc. are dismissed without prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1).”
agree with court
The court applied the local rule and Ninth Circuit precedent allowing for the granting of unopposed motions. Because the plaintiff failed to file an opposition to a motion challenging the court's subject matter jurisdiction (standing), the dismissal is procedurally correct. Dismissing for lack of standing without prejudice is the standard remedy, as it is a curable defect.

The order itself: sound — The order is procedurally sound. It correctly identifies the motion as unopposed, cites the appropriate local rule and circuit authority for granting such motions, and applies the correct remedy (dismissal without prejudice) for a jurisdictional defect.
