The above-captioned matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Two, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider the cause in light of People v. Conley (2016) 63 Cal.4th 646, 203 Cal.Rptr.3d 622, 373 P.3d 435. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).)
