The above-captioned matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Three, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider *279the cause in light of People v. Conley (2016) 63 Cal.4th 646, 203 Cal.Rptr.3d 622, 373 P.3d 435. (See Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).)
