Analysis
No analysis yet. When one exists it is a model's reading of this opinion — the rulings it reviewed, whether it agrees with the court, and the authorities it checked — shown beside the court's own disposition, never in place of it. How analyses are made.
Opinion
By the COURT.
We cannot say the court below abused its discretion in refusing a continuance of the trial of the cause. Nor, under the circumstances appearing, can we hold as error the refusal of the court to permit the dismissal of the complaint in intervention. There was no judgment against the intervener for costs, as seems to be supposed by counsel.
Judgment and orders affirmed.
