Analysis

No analysis yet. When one exists it is a model's reading of this opinion — the rulings it reviewed, whether it agrees with the court, and the authorities it checked — shown beside the court's own disposition, never in place of it. How analyses are made.

Opinion — Terry

TERRY, J.

— The only point made in this case is upon the refusal of the court to continue the cause upon the application of the defendant.

The affidavits upon which the application was made are not embodied in the statement or bill of exceptions, and cannot, therefore, be considered.

Judgment affirmed.

I concur: Murray, C. J.
