Analysis
No analysis yet. When one exists it is a model's reading of this opinion — the rulings it reviewed, whether it agrees with the court, and the authorities it checked — shown beside the court's own disposition, never in place of it. How analyses are made.
Opinion — Murray
MURRAY, C. J.
— It has been repeatedly held by us that the courts below have no power to disturb a judgment after the expiration of the term except in the single ease where the defendant has not been served with process.
The order appealed from was irregular and is therefore vaca'.ed.
We concur: Heydenfeldt, J.; Terry, J.
