Analysis
No analysis yet. When one exists it is a model's reading of this opinion — the rulings it reviewed, whether it agrees with the court, and the authorities it checked — shown beside the court's own disposition, never in place of it. How analyses are made.
Opinion — Murray
MURRAY, C. J.
— This appeal is frivolous. The motion to quash should have been made before the accused plead to the indictment. The affidavit of the juror thai he was over sixty years of age was inadmissible to impeach or destroy his own verdict.
Judgment affirmed.
I concur: Terry, J.
