Analysis
No analysis yet. When one exists it is a model's reading of this opinion — the rulings it reviewed, whether it agrees with the court, and the authorities it checked — shown beside the court's own disposition, never in place of it. How analyses are made.
Opinion — Murray
Murray, C. J., delivered the opinion of the Court—Burnett, J., concurring.
This appeal is prosecuted from an order of the Court below refusing to issue a commission to take testimony, and from an order refusing to change the place of trial Neither of them are appealable orders under the statute as it now stands, although they may be reviewed on an appeal from the final judgment in the case.
Appeal dismissed.
