Analysis
No analysis yet. When one exists it is a model's reading of this opinion — the rulings it reviewed, whether it agrees with the court, and the authorities it checked — shown beside the court's own disposition, never in place of it. How analyses are made.
Opinion — Heydeneeldt
The opinion of the Court was delivered by Heydeneeldt, Justice.
We observe, by the examination of the record, that in the various decisions of the Court below, there are some errors committed, but they do not materially affect the merits of the case. And it is therefore unnecessary to point them out. Upon looking at the whole case, we believe that justice has been' duly administered, and we will not disturb the judgment.
