Analysis

No analysis yet. When one exists it is a model's reading of this opinion — the rulings it reviewed, whether it agrees with the court, and the authorities it checked — shown beside the court's own disposition, never in place of it. How analyses are made.

Opinion

The questions involved in the appeals herein from the judgment and from the order denying defendant's motion for a new trial are the same as those which arose in the appeals inPeople v. Jordan, Crim. 1973 (opinion filed March 24, 1916),ante, p. 391, and upon the authority of that case the judgment and order are affirmed.
