Analysis

No analysis yet. When one exists it is a model's reading of this opinion — the rulings it reviewed, whether it agrees with the court, and the authorities it checked — shown beside the court's own disposition, never in place of it. How analyses are made.

Opinion

It is stipulated in this case that all of the questions involved in the appeal are identical with those involved and passed upon by this court in the case of the Bank of California v. Roberts, as Treasurer, reported in 173 Cal., commencing at page 398, [160 P. 255]. On the authority of that case, the judgment must be affirmed.

The judgment is affirmed.
