Analysis

No analysis yet. When one exists it is a model's reading of this opinion — the rulings it reviewed, whether it agrees with the court, and the authorities it checked — shown beside the court's own disposition, never in place of it. How analyses are made.

Opinion

By stipulation, this case was to be heard and decided on the same transcript as in the case of Parkinson Bros. Co., against the same parties, No. 1214, this day decided, ante, p. 701 [142 P. 135]. Upon the authority of the judgment in that case, the judgment in this case is affirmed.

Hart, J., and Burnett, J., concurred.
