Analysis
No analysis yet. When one exists it is a model's reading of this opinion — the rulings it reviewed, whether it agrees with the court, and the authorities it checked — shown beside the court's own disposition, never in place of it. How analyses are made.
Opinion
It is stipulated that in all substantial respects the record is the same in this case as in the case ofBonner v. Lehfeldt, ante, p. 649, [179 P. 722].
It is further stipulated that "the appeal in this case be heard upon the papers set out in this stipulation and the record contained in the transcript on appeal in the case ofBonner v. Lehfeldt." [1] On the authority of that case, the order appealed from must be reversed.
The order is reversed.
