Analysis
No analysis yet. When one exists it is a model's reading of this opinion — the rulings it reviewed, whether it agrees with the court, and the authorities it checked — shown beside the court's own disposition, never in place of it. How analyses are made.
Opinion
It is conceded that the same question is involved in this application as that in In re Braynard, ante, p. 631, [199 P. 576], this day decided. For the reasons stated in the opinion filed in that case the prayer of the petition herein is denied and the writ discharged.
