Analysis

No analysis yet. When one exists it is a model's reading of this opinion — the rulings it reviewed, whether it agrees with the court, and the authorities it checked — shown beside the court's own disposition, never in place of it. How analyses are made.

Opinion

This is an appeal from the order setting aside the judgment against the sureties, and for the reasons stated in the opinion in Millar v. Millar, ante, p. 718, [197 P. 811], the said order is reversed.

Prewett, P. J., pro tem., and Hart, J., concurred.

A petition to have the cause heard in the supreme court, after judgment in the district court of appeal, was denied by the supreme court on May 12, 1921.

All the Justices concurred.
