Analysis

No analysis yet. When one exists it is a model's reading of this opinion — the rulings it reviewed, whether it agrees with the court, and the authorities it checked — shown beside the court's own disposition, never in place of it. How analyses are made.

Opinion

[1] This is an election contest instituted under the provisions of section 1111 of the Code of Civil Procedure to determine which one of the parties was elected to the office of director of an irrigation district organized under the provisions of the California Irrigation District Act. (Stats. 1897, p. 254, and amendments thereto.) The facts are in all respects the same as those in the case of Huck v. Rathjen, ante, p. 84 [225 P. 33].

The judgment is affirmed.
