Analysis
No analysis yet. When one exists it is a model's reading of this opinion — the rulings it reviewed, whether it agrees with the court, and the authorities it checked — shown beside the court's own disposition, never in place of it. How analyses are made.
Opinion
[1] The issues involved in this appeal are identically the same as those in McPherson v. Walling, ante, p. 563 [209 P. 209]. The records were presented on appeal in one transcript. The reasons given in granting a reversal in that case apply to this, its companion case.
The judgment is reversed.
Finlayson, P. J., and Works, J., concurred.
